The New Omega x Swatch MoonSwatch Mission To The Pink Moonphase Greets Springtime

Calling all MoonSwatch and Nick Drake fans: just released is the new MoonSwatch Mission To The Pink Moonphase, following up last month’s MoonSwatch 1965. Ironically this is going to be released on April 1st but it’s no joke (nor is it a very belated Valentine’s day gift). This is going to be a limited time release starting April 1 exclusively at select Swatch stores which will be revealed in the coming days through dropped on their social media channels. The MoonSwatch Mission To the Pink Moonphase refers to the “pink moon” which, unsurprisingly, is not an actual pink-colored moon you’ve failed to take notice of your entire life. “Pink moon” refers to April’s full moon which hearkens early springtime blooming of Phlox subulata or creeping moss in the United States. The bright pink bioceramic case is the same previous iterations of the MoonSwatch Mission To The Moonphase, measuring 42mm wide and 13.75mm thick with a 47.3mm lug-to-lug measurement.

The markers and hands are done in a vibrant pink as is the lume on the two moons of the moon phase and the battery cover on the case back is also done with pink shades on the moon. Finally, I love the choice of adding a little embossed heart on the top chronograph pusher to underscore the presence of the pulsometer scale on the bezel.

The Omega x Swatch MoonSwatch Mission To The Pink Moonphase comes on a matching pink velcro strap with the respective brand logos on either side flanking the case lugs. The watch will release on April 1, 2025 and will be available at select Swatch locations that we will slowly learn about in the coming week and will be priced at $310.
