Careers - West Coast Client Advisor (Sales)

We are looking for a Client Advisor to join our digital sales team to support our clients in the western regions of the United States. The ideal candidate is passionate about watches and luxury goods and knows how to engage with high end clientele.

Responsibilities

  • Daily outreach to our sales database
  • Facilitate and assist in a customer's sales journey
  • Build and maintain strong client relations
  • Work with the merchandising and inventory team to ensure product delivery
  • Ability to reach targeted sales goal
  • Participation in required product training facilitated by brands

Qualifications

  • Attention to detail
  • Must have previous sales experience with high AOV items (luxury goods preferred)
  • High level of integrity and professionalism
  • Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks to achieve departmental goals
  • Proficiency in managing and meeting customer expectations effectively
  • Availability to work West Coast hours. (9AM-5PM PT)

This role is a full-time position. We prefer to hire locally near Cleveland, OH but are willing to consider remote position with the right candidate.
