Customer Service Lead

Teddy Baldassare is looking for a Customer Service Lead. The Customer Service Lead is the primary contact for all after sales services and questions. Many times they are also the first point of contact for new customers. We are looking for a motivated and passionate individual to join our team. 

Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage all incoming customer inquiries via phone, email and live chat in a timely manner. 
  • Be the liaison between customers and vendors to facilitate repairs. 
  • Ownership of the return process. This includes, but is not limited to, creating return labels, ensuring the customer is aware of our return and refund policy and following up with vendors for refund processing. Examination of products in the return process.
  • Utilize product and brand knowledge to assist customers with proper utilization of products.
  • And most importantly: Prioritizing our customers and their satisfaction! 

Qualifications

  • A genuine interest in watches!
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
  • 1-3 years of customer service or call center experience. Luxury E-commerce experience is a plus. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both internal and externally. 
  • Ability to make quick and appropriate decisions to ensure customer satisfaction, while protecting our brand.
  • High level of integrity.
  • Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks to achieve departmental goals. 
  • Capability to pivot strategically to meet the needs of our customers and business. 
  • Proficiency in G-Suite and general computer literacy. 
  • Ability to learn new skills and tasks needed for both personal and company growth. 

This is a full-time position and requires the candidate to work Monday-Friday from 9-5 EST, with the possibility of extended hours during peak times. We prefer to hire locally near Cleveland, OH but are willing to consider remote position with the right candidate.
