Andy Yang

Andy Yang is the Senior Vice President of Commerce, bringing almost a decade of experience in the watch industry to his current role. Before stepping into this position, Andy served as the Vice President of Commerce at HODINKEE, where he helped drive the company’s commercial and content growth during a period of significant expansion in the enthusiast-driven watch space. His career started in digital marketing gaining experience across various industries from software, embedded hardware, to consumer health and eventually running the eCommerce team for a $700M+ direct-to-consumer fashion brand. He has developed a deep foundation in digital marketing strategy, merchandising, and web technology; these skills continue to inform his approach to building high-performing commercial teams and brands. Andy holds a degree in Economics from the University of California, Irvine. Now based in New York City, he spends his weekends tinkering with anything mechanical and enjoying the outdoors in the greater Catskills region.

VP, Content

Danny Milton

Danny Milton is the VP, Content for Teddy Baldassarre overseeing the brand’s entire content operations while also appearing on-camera on the Teddy Baldassarre YouTube channels. Prior to joining TEDDY, Danny spent five years at Hodinkee, where he served at Managing Editor, guiding the company’s editorial and overall content verticals from online to video to the twice-yearly publishing of Hodinkee Magazine. Danny has also delved into the world of watches and movies (and television) having consulted on such productions as “Succession,” and “The White Lotus.” His favorite watch of all time is the Rolex Submariner and favorite watch movie is Robert Redford’s Red Submariner Ref. 1680 from 1976’s “All The President’s Men. In addition to TEDDY and Hodinkee, Danny has been featured online in interviews for GQ, and the Hollywood Reporter.

Bilal Khan

Bilal Khan is the Editor-In-Chief for Teddy Baldassarre overseeing the editorial department and has worked in watch media for a decade. Prior to joining TEDDY, Bilal was Senior Editor at WatchTime Magazine and Managing Editor at aBlogtoWatch. Bilal is also an avid photographer with a penchant for watch and black & white photography. In addition to watches Bilal is passionate about movies, television, video games, and hiking in Los Angeles.

Terence Mahone

Terence Mahone is a seasoned creative operations leader who builds motivated, metrics-driven photography and video teams while fostering continuous improvement culture. As Creative Content Studio Director at Teddy Baldassarre Entertainment, he is developing a scalable production studio and overseeing end-to-end creative operations for luxury watch imagery. His previous roles at Arhaus, JD Sports North America, Farfetch, and Amazon highlight his strengths in workflow design, production strategy, team development, and large-scale studio launches. With more than three decades of experience across freelance, agency, entrepreneurial, and hands-on photography work, he blends creative vision with operational rigor to elevate team performance and brand impact.

Brittany is a seasoned retail leader with over 18 years of experience and a deep passion for the watch industry. As Director of Merchandising, she plays a key role in shaping product strategy and builds assortments that balance market trends with customer needs. She believes strong relationships, whether with vendor partners or customers, are essential to successful merchandising, and she’s known for her collaborative approach and clear communication. Driven, curious, and always learning, Brittany brings a customer-first mindset to every decision, creating product experiences that inspire confidence and long-term loyalty.

Jonathan McWhorter

Based in Atlanta, Jonathan has spent nearly a decade in the watch industry, previously for Crown & Caliber and most recently at Hodinkee. During that time he has been behind the camera shooting photos, writing articles, and producing videos in the studio and all over the globe; and these days occasionally making on-camera appearances as well. Jonathan is particularly interested in the relationship between watches and motorsports, and has an affinity for pieces that serve a purpose, or tell a story.
