Merchandising Manager

Teddy Baldassare is looking for an experienced Merchandising Manager to join our growing eCommerce team. If you love watches and have experience sourcing products to be listed on an eCommerce platform, we should talk. This person knows the nuances and pays attention to details to ensure the entire lifecycle from identifying the products to listing the products and marketing the products in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for a motivated and passionate individual to join our team.

Qualifications

• Intimate knowledge around watches (mechanical, quartz, luxury, etc.)
• Advanced user with Shopify eCommerce Platform (and 3rd party apps)
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate performa
• Inventory planning skills
• Basic photoshop, photo editing skills
• Strong writing skills, copywriting experience a plus
• Experience working with luxury goods and maintained vendor relations
• Work well with other team members (creative team, content team) to ensure products will launch on a timely manner
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
• Excellent communication skills, verbal/written and both with internal and external team members
• Understanding of multimedia (storytelling via video, photo, etc.)
• Team player that collaborates well with others
• High level of integrity
• Strong computer and software skills (ie. G-Suite, web CMS, spreadsheets, Lightroom, Photoshop, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Research for new merchandising opportunity and sourcing
• Merchandising planning and inventory forecast
• Manage merchandising calendar and ensure timely product launches from end to end
• Product uploads, editing/auditing, optimization via eCommerce platforms (ie. Shopify, etc.)
• Site merchandising and optimization to drive conversions
• Experience managing a small team a plus
• Manage vendor relationships and ability to develop brand partnerships and sourcing unique products

This is a full-time position and requires the candidate to work Monday-Friday from 9-5 EST. This role is based out of Cleveland, OH but we will consider a remote position with the right candidate.
