General Shipping Policies

  • Processing time: Please allow up to 5 business days for order processing before your order ships. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 2–3 business days, though shipping times may be longer depending on your location.
  • Signature Requirements: All watch orders are shipped with a Signature Required service to help ensure safe delivery and comply with shipping insurance requirements. The package must be signed for by the individual whose name appears on the shipping label.
  • Signature requirements may be removed at the customer's request prior to shipment. Once an order has shipped, the signature requirement cannot be changed or removed. By requesting the removal of the signature requirement, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for the shipment once it has been marked as delivered. Teddy Baldassarre is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or missing after the carrier has marked the shipment as delivered.
  • If you are unable to sign for your package upon delivery, please contact our Client Services team at 216-868-8085 or your Sales Advisor before placing your order to discuss available shipping options. Orders that are returned to sender due to unsuccessful delivery attempts may be subject to additional reshipment charges. Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
  • Daily Shipping Cutoff: Our daily shipping cutoff time is 2:00 PM ET. If you place an order eligible for expedited shipping after 2:00 PM ET, it may ship the following business day.

Shipping to Canada

The following brands are eligible to ship to Canada: BALL, Brew Watch Co., Casio, DOXA, Formex, G-SHOCK, Junghans, Laco, Louis Erard, Marathon, Maurice Lacroix, MeisterSinger, Mühle Glashütte, NOMOS Glashütte, Orient, Oris, Sternglas, Squale, Timex, Unimatic, and WOLF.

Brands not listed here are not authorized for sale in Canada and will not offer a shipping option at checkout for a Canadian address. Canadian clients are responsible for any duties, taxes (GST/HST/PST), and customs or brokerage fees, which are not collected at checkout from TeddyBaldassarre.com. The customs, freight-forwarder, and return terms under International Shipping below also apply to Canadian orders.

International Shipping (outside the U.S. and Canada)

The following brands are eligible to ship internationally: Brew Watch Co., DOXA, Formex, Laco, Louis Erard, Marathon, MeisterSinger, Mühle Glashütte, NOMOS Glashütte, Oris, Sternglas, Squale, Unimatic, and WOLF.

Brands not listed here are not authorized for international sale and will not offer a shipping option at checkout for that address.

  • Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and other import-related charges. These fees are not included at checkout and are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • Import Regulations: Before placing your order, we recommend reviewing your country's import regulations, applicable fees, and estimated customs processing times. Teddy Baldassarre is not responsible for customs delays or additional import-related charges.
  • Freight Forwarders: Orders shipping to international freight forwarding addresses will be canceled and refunded.
  • Refused Shipments: If an international shipment is refused due to unpaid customs duties, taxes, or other import fees, a refund will be issued less the cost of return shipping. Refunds are processed after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected, which may take up to 10 business days.
  • APO/FPO Addresses: We are happy to ship to APO/FPO addresses. Please allow additional processing and transit time for orders shipped to APO/FPO destinations.
