It's been a huge week for New Yorkers, even beyond the recent Knicks NBA championship win. Just yesterday, Rolex kicked off an exclusive partnership with Rockefeller Center, unveiling a totally redesigned information center with a Rolex clock proudly positioned on top.

The new information center and the Rolex clock itself feel right at home with the signature Art Deco design that Rockefeller Center is known for.

Located a stone's throw away from 30 Rockefeller Plaza (where the iconic, golden Prometheus statue stands nearby), the information center is right between Fifth and Sixth Avenue on 50th Street. Meant to serve as the new information hub, this is where the sea of tourists (or New Yorkers wanting to refresh themselves on their own hometown knowledge) will be able to get tickets to the myriad of Rockefeller Center experiences, including Top of the Observation Deck tours, and general information about the experiences that await at 30 Rock.

The debut kicked off in full force, with Luca Bernasconi (President and CEO of Rolex U.S.A.) Mounia Mechbal (Executive Vice President, Marketing & Communications, Rolex U.S.A.) and Arnaud Boestch (Global Director of Communication and Image at Rolex SA) all in attendance for the occasion.

In addition to marking the new partnership, this move is also in anticipation of the new home of Rolex North America Headquarters at 665 Fifth Avenue.

Start spreading the news: now, you don't need to travel all the way to Switzerland to see some Rolex Clock magic in public spaces.
