Founded in 2014, the Billion Oyster Project set out to restore one billion oysters to New York Harbor by 2035. Since partnering with Oris in 2022, the initiative has restored 150 million oysters, recycled 2.9 million pounds of shells, and engaged over 45,000 volunteers and students, reviving 19 acres of reef habitat. This year, the New York Harbor Limited Edition II advances the mission, with 2,000 aqua green, oyster-shell-inspired pieces, whose proceeds directly support restoration efforts.
