Refund Policy

To qualify for a refund, all items must be returned unworn, unaltered and in their original condition with all included packaging, stickers, tags and paperwork. Worn or altered watches will not be accepted for a refund. Watches returned without all packaging, stickers, tags and paperwork may incur a 10% restocking fee.

Special ordered items do NOT qualify for a refund if you wish to return the item. In the case of a special order, all funds will remain on the customer account as a store credit, which may be used to purchase another item.

Returns must be initiated within 7 business days of delivery. Items must then be in transit to TeddyBaldassare.com within 7 business days of receiving a return label to qualify for a full refund. Returns initiated after 7 business days may only qualify for store credit. Any items received outside of the return window will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

    All refunds may take up to 15 business days to process once received.

      Teddybaldassarre.com is not responsible for any duty or customs fees associated with international imports. Please review Customs and Duty policies prior to placing your order. International returns due to Customs refusal will be refunded minus the cost of return shipping.

      All book sales are final, with the exception of defective products.
