Careers - Video Editor

Teddy Baldassare is looking for a seasoned Video Editor. This person will work with our team of photographers, videographers, and editors to craft review-style YouTube videos and content for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels.. We are looking for a motivated and passionate individual to join our team. 

Responsibilities

• Drive various post-production responsibilities
• Improve our video editing quality and process and drive production efficiency
• Follow a rigorous schedule to delivery video edits and ability to keep multiple video edits moving along simultaneously. 
• Follow-up with internal or external team members to ensure production is on schedule.
• Research on new editing software, processes and formats.
• Attention to details and ensure final production is flawless 

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate has an editing portfolio from a professional clients with 2 years or more work experience
• Proficient in Final Cut Pro
• Familiar with other post-edit software such as: Adobe Premier Pro, AVID Media Composer, iMovie, etc.
• A genuine interest in watches!
• Attention to detail
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
• Excellent communication skills, both internal and externally. 
• Team player, collaborate well with others
• High level of integrity
• Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks to achieve departmental goals. 
• Proficiency in G-Suite and general computer literacy. 

This is a full-time position and requires the candidate to work Monday-Friday from 9-5 EST. We prefer to hire locally near Cleveland, OH but are willing to consider remote position with the right candidate.
