General Shipping Policies

• Please allow up to 5 business days processing time and 2-3 business days for standard shipping.
• All watch orders are shipped with a “Signature Required” to ensure safe delivery and to comply with shipping insurance coverage. The item must be signed for by the individual whose name is on the shipping label. 
• Signature Requirements cannot be removed after the package has shipped.
• If you are unable to sign for a package, please contact our customer service department at 216-868-8085 or your sales advisor to arrange shipping prior to placing your order. Packages that are unable to be delivered and returned to sender by the carrier may incur additional charges for reshipment. Tracking information for your order is emailed after your purchase.
• Daily shipping cutoff times are at 2:00PM ET. If you place an order after 2:00PM ET, it may ship the following business day.
  

International Shipping

• Not all brands and products qualify for international shipping. For brands that ship internationally, please see the list at the bottom of this page.
• International customers are solely responsible for any fees related to customs or duty. These costs are NOT included at checkout from TeddyBaldassarre.com
• Before ordering, we highly recommend you check your country's importation costs and processing time. TeddyBaldassarre.com is not responsible for any costs associated with international imports. 
• Orders shipping to international freight forwarder addresses will be canceled and refunded. 
• International returns due to imports/duties/customs refusal will receive their full refund minus the cost of return shipping. Refunds will be distributed after the return has been fully processed, which takes up to 10 business days to complete.
• APO/FPO addresses: some brands do qualify for APO/FPO shipping. If you are active military and have an APO/FPO address, please contact our support team prior to placing your order to ensure delivery.

Please note: Seiko, Richemont, and Swatch Group Brands are only sold in the US market. Straps can only be sold in the US market.
