Refund Policy

Eligible Returns & Exchanges
To qualify for a refund or exchange, all items must be returned unworn, unaltered and in their original new condition with all included packaging, boxes, stickers, tags and paperwork. This means watch straps must be unworn and cannot show any signs of being removed and watch bracelet must be unworn (no markings or have been adjusted or sized, etc.) Special ordered watches that are not regularly stocked are not eligible for return. Prior to accepting a return request, our customer service team may ask for photos and other important information about the watch and packaging to ensure the product is eligible under our return policy. All watch sales where the bracelets have been sized for you are final and may not be returned.

Restocking Fees

Watches returned showing signs of use, or are without all packaging, stickers, tags and paperwork may incur a restocking fee up to 25%.

Watches or transaction over $5,000 when financed through installment programs such as Affirm or Shop Pay will incur a $500 fee if you request a return or cancellation prior to the item(s) being shipped. For watches of higher value, we recommend you call (216) 208-6736 and speak with a watch advisor to consult with your during the buying process.

Return Process

All returned items will undergo an inspection prior to refunds being processed to confirm compliance of our policy. Watches shipped with a Teddy Baldassarre security tag must be returned with the tag attached. If this tag is removed, the watch will not be eligible for a return. 

Return requests must be initiated within 5 business days from the receipt of the package. Requests submitted after will not be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund.

All strap and accessory purchases must also be returned unused and in original condition.

All book sales are final and not eligible for a return, exchange, or credit.

Initiating A Return or Exchange

Return Shipping will provide a prepaid return shipping label for the eligible return. Returning items must be scanned by the authorized shipping company and in transit to within 5 business days of receiving the return label to qualify for a full refund. Return labels scanned by an authorized shipping company after 5 business days may only qualify for store credit. Please contact our customer service team if you have questions.

Special Orders:
Special ordered items are NOT eligible for a refund if you wish to return the item. In the case of a special order, all funds will remain on the customer account as a store credit, which may be used to purchase another item.

Defective Items:
If you believe you have received a defective watch, please contact us immediately and a customer service associate will troubleshoot the issues. All defective return requests extending beyond our policy return window must be approved in advance by the brand or Teddy Baldassarre management.

Refunds may take up to 15 business days to process once the item is received and approved. Exchange processing times vary from brand to brand and product availability.
