Editorial Writer

Teddy Baldassare is looking for a seasoned content editorial writer. This person has experience writing for professional organizations and can demonstrate the ability to research on various subject matters and produce professional-level writing while delivering on time.  We are looking for a motivated and passionate individual to join our team. 

Responsibilities

• Write world-class watch content to be featured on our site
• Research popular trending topics for future stories
• Work with other team members to develop an editorial calendar of diverse and educational content
• Build out articles in our CMS system with supplied (or personally shot) imagery that follows general design guidelines
• Attend key watch industry events to deliver timely stories to readers

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of the watch category and enthusiast interests
• Proficient writing ability or prior writing experience
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
• Excellent communication skills, both internal and externally
• Team player that collaborates well with others
• High level of integrity
• Can effectively utilize software tools (G-Suite, Shopify CMS, photo editing, etc.)

This is a full-time position and requires the candidate to work Monday-Friday from 9-5 EST. We prefer to hire locally near Cleveland, OH but are willing to consider a remote position for the right candidate.
