The Role

We are hiring an Online Client Advisor based in Hawaii to cover overnight hours when our Eastern Time team is offline. You will be the first point of contact for customers shopping during these hours, managing live chat, following up on abandoned checkouts, converting high-intent inquiries, and building your own book of business over time. This is a client-facing sales role with strong commission upside for the right person.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor live chat and respond to customers in real time, providing product expertise, guidance, and a polished buying experience.

• Follow up on abandoned checkouts via call, text, or email to recover sales and answer outstanding questions.

• Engage customers who submit contact-to-purchase forms for brands that require a personalized buying process (no direct online checkout), guiding them through to completion.

• Develop and nurture long-term client relationships, building a personal book of business you will own and grow.

• Provide after-sales care, including order follow-up, service coordination, and re-engagement, to foster loyalty and repeat purchases.

• Collaborate with the broader sales and customer experience teams to ensure seamless handoffs across time zones.

What We're Looking For

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional tone.

• Sales-driven mindset with a track record of converting inquiries into closed business.

• Tech-savvy and comfortable working across modern tools. We use HubSpot (CRM) and Shopify (e-commerce) daily.

• Self-motivated and disciplined, able to work independently during overnight hours without direct supervision.

• Genuine enthusiasm for watches or a strong willingness to become an expert. Product knowledge is teachable; drive and curiosity are not.

• Customer-first attitude with the patience and judgment to handle five-figure inquiries with care.

• Prior experience in luxury retail, e-commerce sales, or client advisory roles is a plus but not required.
